You're right, there's no adequate explanation. And apparently, anytime the video of how it collapsed is shown to somebody who understands controlled demolition, they immediately say "it's a controlled demolition".
The Tucker Carlson video of it is outstanding. If I remember right, he's interviewing the former head of...some kind of association of architects or building engineers, something like that, who's just very explicit and detailed about why it could be NOTHING but a controlled demolition.
I'm pretty sure I've seen the Tucker videos on this.
The most damning thing is the lack of interest in follow up questions for the anomalies. There might be good reasons for something odd happening, but there's no good reason to not want people asking questions about the odd thing that happened.
I haven't looked into it deeply, but there are clearly aspects that are implausibly coincidental and as yet without explanation.
Also, there's just no reasonable explanation for building 7.
