I had another very active day yesterday. We went to an indoor playground that my daughter loves and there was lots of climbing and contorting for all of us.

Right at my lowest fatness level for the fourth time. This is probably something like my natural baseline, so I'll need to be on my best behavior to break through.

I’m an endurance runner, and until the Bitcoin rabbit hole was duped into thinking I was eating healthy. carb load they said. A disgusting amount of bread, bagels, “energy” bars, pretzels, cereal, pasta, crackers, etc.

Now I’m still crushing my running in my mid 40’s and did a 4:40 mile and 16:42 5k. but now it’s a delicious amount of eggs, meat, Greek yogurt, veggies, fruit, nuts. no longer feeling hungry all the time or bloated.

long story short. have you attacked the nutrition side or are you crushing the toxic chemicals still?

reply

I've been following nutrition for a long time.

The short version of my view is that if you eat real food (stuff your body is adapted to) and listen to your body, you'll be fine. Fake food is both bad for us and it disregulates our cravings.

that’s awesome! you happy with your natural baseline then?

reply

Not really. It has too much sloth and gluttony baked in.

I need to establish a new healthier baseline.
