That’s exactly what I mean; there’s nothing to be done with people who choose to be morons. That’s why I just laugh at their nonsensical comments honestly, I actually feel a bit of pity for them.

This reminds me of one of the first things I noticed about SN: it's so much more chill than other social media.
People who spend most of their time on Twitter (or wherever) bring that deranged energy here and it just seems very out of place.

Sometimes I just ignore them or advise them to take a shower, exercise, or something it’s not normal to go around spewing hate.

There's not much you can do in an open society about someone who insists on being an asshole.
There's a mute button, there's just ignoring the person, there's attempting to reason with them, and there's leaving.
We can tweak the incentives to favor certain kinds of general behavior, but if he's willing to put his money where his mouth is that's pretty much it.
