Bitwage is for those people that still couldn't not find a way to be paid in BTC, is a transition.
The ideal is to be paid directly in BTC, as I am, after I used Bitwage. Slowly you must convince the employers / clients to pay you in BTC.

Yes, and the idea is nonsense. You don't need to convince anyone of anything. The company has absolutely no reason to exist. Dollars are incredibly easy to liquidate for bitcoin, and vice versa.
