These rare earths are critical components in the manufacture of most modern industrial consumer and military technologies.
China has sanctioned the US military and its suppliers and cut off US military supplies of refined rare earths.
USA cannot now build more Interceptors and so USA has not just lost the trade war but has also lost the military power projection capability to enforce its Zionist puppet Petrodollar hegemony over the people of the world.

Yeah, maybe, with plenty of caveats and hopium.
It will be a decade, at least, best case scenario, before the west can say it is self sufficient in refined rare earths for military purposes - that's a long time when you have $40T of compounding debt, nobody is buying your USTs and you lack the courage/war materiel to join the ISIL and ALQaeda fighters defending the Yemen government.
