Wasabi, is showing that I received the "change" amount.

I think it's just labeling it wrong. Bitcoin transactions have no concept of a "change address". It's probably just using a heuristic that the smaller output is the "change" output (the new UTXO that belongs to the sender).

It should have just sent the total amount

Which "total amount"?

you can see the rizful tx here that is being sent to bc1q77 for a total of 235,886 sats.

See the screenshot of the wasabi wallet now. You can see that the amount that was received was only 0.00235886. This is also indicated in the Mempool
