My literal use case is that people who only have Cash App and Venmo on their phones will be using my site and there's close to a zero chance they are even going to download and setup Strike.

These people come to listen to music. Asking them to download an App is too much.

I have to work with that apps they have.

The only saving grace of Cash App is that is can pay lightning invoice QR codes.
