I recommend swalling them one at a time and try to swallow it in one gulp and then it's not unpalatable.

Raw preserves some of the vitimins that you won't get by cooking them. If I feel like I'm getting a bit sick I drink some raw eggs.

prepare

Just crack them into a cup and away you go.

I've never been very squeamish with food, so I'm going to have a go at it tomorrow. I'll probably mix it though:

  • two raw large pasture raised eggs
  • half cup of OJ
  • 5g creatine
  • one scoop of whey isolate

I probably don't need the raw eggs to do this, but I tend to be pretty pooped/weak/tired after yoga and having some real protein seems like a good idea.

Turns out quality OJ with raw egg is fucking delicious. It makes the OJ texture silky, coat your mouth, and lengthen the flavor. Apparently, egg is what makes Orange Julius a thing (they use egg white powder). The whey I added was vanilla flavored so it was a bit like a creamsicle in flavor.

Noted. I'll have to try that at some point. Did you find it keeps you satiated while at work?

I'm usually not very hungry in the mornings so I don't really know. I'd guess the OJ will drive some blood sugar crash making me hungry eventually, but I'm not very hungry right now.

That sounds awesome. I have actually tried it blended up with pineapple too, which was pretty good. Lmk how it goes.

Helps with recovery. It's also good for the brain which is why I like taking it even when I'm not working out.

and you can verify this from personal experience?

Yes. Subjectively I saw an improvement - especially when I've slept poorly.
