Using a solar powered Bitcoin miner to dehydrate antihistamine tea

Since discovering the antihistamine properties of purple dead nettle, each year more is harvested an processed in the Bitcoin mining dehydrator.

This year I finally decided to use exclusively solar power to run the dehydrator, really maximizing what I can do with it all.

Turning sunlight in to power, into hashes and heat, into dehydrated purple dead nettle, into allergy relief! Yowza!

Purple dead nettle is a spring ephemeral weed which when dried and made into a tea offers a potent antihistamine. I have been searching my entire life for a natural allergy medicine that actually works with my severe allergy symptoms, ironically it's been growing in my back yard the whole time. I found it when searching for more plants to process with the bitcoin mining food dehydrator, I wanted to keep it hashing and preserving continuously when I first built it so I was researching every plant I had access to in my yard to see if it had any potential use. If it did, processed it in the dehydrator. I was shocked at how effective the purple dead nettle tea is. It's been a miracle discovery for me.

That's impressive! I'm not familiar with antihistamine use, especially when derived from plants. What are the benefits of drinking this tea? I mean, do you use it yourself for specific allergies, or do you sell it in bulk to some pharmaceutical firm?

And lastly, what have you added in your antihistamine tea today? Just dried purple dead nettle?

Tell us more in our little ~food_and_drinks corner.

one cup of the tea completely alleviates my allergy symptoms for about 4hrs, so 3 cups a day does the trick. I can brew 32oz in the morning and keep it in the fridge and drink throughout the day as my symptoms return. The tea works effectively immediately, and has no perceived side effects for me.

I plan to sell the tea but the harvesting and processing is labor intensive and Ive been unable to produce much more beyond what I personally need.

I have been experimenting with blends like adding mullien the help the flavor, which is the biggest downside of the tea, it tastes like boiled spinach water.

How on earth did you come up with it? Is this working with any allergy, or have you researched it and converged to this specific tea being beneficial for your specific need?

I have tried just about everything that's commonly recommended, bee pollen, golden rod tincture, stinging nettles capsules, and more. Nothing ordered immediately relief, and I didn't have enough discipline to start preparing for allergy season by consuming those remedies for months in advance for them to be effective.

I have given the tea to others for allergy relief and they have had positive results that mirror my experience. Grant this is anecdotal evidence that it's working.

Since it's an antihistamine, I'd imagine it would be good for anything that antihistamines are used to treat. The strength can be easily adjusted too with some trial and error, sometimes I know I'm going to need a strong dose because my eyes are swelling shut and other times I just want my runny nose to slow down.

I'm shocked that purple dead nettle isn't more well known, because as far as I can tell it offers very effective immediate relief with no perceived side effects. It's a weed in my area and grows abundantly during the a time when my allergies are the worst.

Sunlight to power to hashes to heat to purple dead nettle to allergy relief - full cycle. Turning a weed that most people pull into medicine while stacking sats with solar is the cleanest permaculture I've seen on SN. We do same with scent leaf and bitter leaf in Aba, sun-dried for tea.

You gonna add some hash to that stack? Can you find equipment?
