one cup of the tea completely alleviates my allergy symptoms for about 4hrs, so 3 cups a day does the trick. I can brew 32oz in the morning and keep it in the fridge and drink throughout the day as my symptoms return. The tea works effectively immediately, and has no perceived side effects for me.

I plan to sell the tea but the harvesting and processing is labor intensive and Ive been unable to produce much more beyond what I personally need.

I have been experimenting with blends like adding mullien the help the flavor, which is the biggest downside of the tea, it tastes like boiled spinach water.

How on earth did you come up with it? Is this working with any allergy, or have you researched it and converged to this specific tea being beneficial for your specific need?

I have tried just about everything that's commonly recommended, bee pollen, golden rod tincture, stinging nettles capsules, and more. Nothing ordered immediately relief, and I didn't have enough discipline to start preparing for allergy season by consuming those remedies for months in advance for them to be effective.

I have given the tea to others for allergy relief and they have had positive results that mirror my experience. Grant this is anecdotal evidence that it's working.

Since it's an antihistamine, I'd imagine it would be good for anything that antihistamines are used to treat. The strength can be easily adjusted too with some trial and error, sometimes I know I'm going to need a strong dose because my eyes are swelling shut and other times I just want my runny nose to slow down.

I'm shocked that purple dead nettle isn't more well known, because as far as I can tell it offers very effective immediate relief with no perceived side effects. It's a weed in my area and grows abundantly during the a time when my allergies are the worst.
