no, I'd say what's holding people back is the technical difficulty/practical ability to make the trade. And since it's not very profitable, with tons of risk to mess up, it's just not worth it.

0.5% of BTC is a thin edge. fees, a botched send, or one replay and you're underwater before the premium shows up.

No bother... the gain isn't worth the pain. BlakeDashjr coins were trading at around 0.5% of bitcoin. The probability that I mess something up in the process -- tx fees, doxxing, coin mixing, double-spend/replay -- is too high. At, you know, 20-30% premium I'd be more tempted/incentivized.
