LOL mail delivery? For what? To bring me what? I don't need it. Electricity? From the grid? Are you out of your mind? I have 2 small rivers just on the property, that I can make a small hydro. Internet? Maybe, to connect some BTC miners to that extra hydro power I would have. Satellite is very well positioned.
