Because SBW developer went to fight Russian occupants.

Fiat channels aren't marketed. They are a concept which is being validated right now. We have one project from Portugal similar to Bitcoin Beach which decided to use Valet for local community. We are going to help this project and build some software for them so they could serve fiat channels locally.
