I just discovered this video of a guy who was monitoring the bitcoin price during the Mt Gox hack. This is a fascinating piece of history and a great example of why you should avoid centralized exchanges.
This video was made right after the hack, which gives a contemporaneous summary of what happened.
imagine that feeling when you see that Mt Gox rolls back all your buy orders in the aftermath as the second video explains... :/
