Bitcoin, not blockchain.
Revolutionary social construct, not revolutionary and easily repurposed technology.
don't bother too much with these new accounts created that are "backed" by dummy chatGPT answers. They just want your sats...

It's annoying that people like you exist on these types of platforms, friends; Have you taken the time to review my profile? I checked the one of the friend @nerd2ninja, I noticed that he is a professional dev
It is a debate, I have been a bitcoin user for years, I also invite you to see my journey, for years I have studied and created strategies to increase crypto adoption and to achieve that we have to be more understanding people. This technology opens many opportunities and experiences

You speak "tooo nice" to be a real bitcoiner. Prove you are here for good and you are not a shitcoiner using chatGPT.
reply
Hahaha, I hear you bro, I'm not a toxic person. My experience doesn't compare to yours my friend, I've been in the ecosystem since 2018, as I mentioned in my post,
Yes, I work in cryptocurrencies, but personally it has helped me a lot along the way, I'm from a country where there are a lot of blockchain and economic problems.
Bitcoin has helped me to be free, in fact I don't have any bank account😅. I use chatGPT as a tool and of course I use it in this conversation, I'm just interested in learning and sharing.
I don't want to offend anyone and less a user who is in btc since 2012.

Not offending anyone is not possible unless you have nothing to say

Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency based on blockchain technology. In simple terms, the blockchain is a distributed database that records transactions on a decentralized network.
Bitcoin uses this technology to ensure that transactions are valid and cannot be duplicated or falsified. Bitcoin is based on the blockchain because this technology is what provides a secure, decentralized and reliable way to record and verify transactions. The use of the blockchain is what allows Bitcoin to be a decentralized currency and independent of any central authority.

Bitcoin is a social construct issued by consensus rules rather than corporate air drops or sales. It changes on the basis of people's agreements on what makes something Bitcoin rather than a corporate software update authority.
The hash cash updated merkle tree is for keeping the order of transactions, but that method does not necessarily make something Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is the first blockchain-based cryptocurrency, it was created to make payments anonymously and without the need for third parties (P2P) and Blockchain is the technology with which it was created, it is simple and easy to understand. Beyond its value, speculation or thinking that Bitcoin is everything, in my opinion I see it as a technology with many applications in the digital and real world, not as a social construction or something like that. But it is only my opinion
reply
That's why you utterly fail in understanding Bitcoin entirely.
reply
If it's a social construct, my opinion contributes to the community or corporation behind Bitcoin; I live from this ecosystem and I use BTC every day. From my perception the term "Social Construction" refers more to an ideology than the use of technology itself, it is not realistic, it is the same as speculating.
The whitepaper clearly explains its usefulness and objective; If you are another user of the ecosystem who can explain the technology and understand the utility, then you are not bad - Applies to all users who want to learn
I will only believe your answer if you have talked to Satoshi Nakamoto about it before, a true user who loves a decentralized ecosystem does not discriminate against others because of their journey along the way.
reply
You don't get it. What Satoshi Nakamoto, thought Bitcoin was supposed to be is irrelevant to what Bitcoin is today. It was a social construct of his design, but the social construct changed over time as other people joined the network.
reply
That social construction you are talking about is the trust that has given BTC its value. That trust is also generated by the technology behind Bitcoin, the work of developers and a lot of computing power. It's not just words and ideologies, it also has a real use
You yourself as a dev know it, there is an idea behind each birth of a technology and I am a user of it. Yes, Bitcoin is great and I agree but it works with Blockchain and it is also a technology that is applied to many fields and industries. Sorry but your comment makes me laugh, you are not the only one who uses Bitcoin, much less you were in the creation of BTC to tell other users that they know nothing about Bitcoin
It's a huge world bro, you are another user with your own experiences and above all beliefs because in my first answer I clearly described what BTC is without the need to share my reasons based on my experiences
