Today we announced @CleanSpark_Inc has signed an agreement to secure an initial 200 MW at our renewably-powered data centers in West Texas. Together we’re helping to ensure that renewable energy isn't wasted while balancing and stabilizing the power grid.
An article on this:
About 50 megawatts of CleanSpark’s new mining capacity will come online by December 2022 and the remaining 150 megawatts should be operational in the spring of 2023.
The company said the deal with Lancium stipulated that a least 70% of the energy delivered should be carbon-free, “with a commitment to work toward 100% renewable energy.”

CoinDesk has an article on it as well:
CleanSpark’s stock has been a sizable outperformer in 2022, gaining 30% versus declines of 22% for Core Scientific, 10% for Marathon and 1% for Riot.
Lancium's proprietary “Smart Response” software allows these campuses to function as large power stations in reverse, absorbing renewable energy while providing grid ancillary services and helping manage the power flow more efficiently.
