Safest as in you won't get rug pulled? I mean, all 3 are open source and self-custodial wallets. You hold your own keys on each of them and you, the user, are responsible for keeping your keys safe. The wallet creators of all these wallets cannot run away with your bitcoin. So, compared to custodial wallets like Wallet of Satoshi or Alby, I think all 3 are pretty safe.
If your phone were to get hacked, however, all 3 wallets could be compromised, because the keys are stored on the phone. So treat them like any other hot wallet on your phone and don't put your life's savings into them.
I guess you can try all 3 and see which UI/UX you like the best and decide for yourself? I personally like Phoenix the most out of the 3, but that's just a subjective personal preference. Frankly, I don't even use Phoenix much, because I do most of my lightning transactions through my own lightning nodes using Zeus.

I'm going to review the features of those three wallets to see which one I like best👍
