Muun is fake LN wallet and probably has deterred more people from LN than has encouraged to it :|

Yea… Muun is actually an on-chain wallet with an on-chain to lightning swap service. It is not a true native lightning wallet and you should stay away from using it if your application requires / prefers a native lightning wallet.
I recommend Phoenix, Breez, or Blixt if you don’t run a lightning node server at home or on the cloud; highly recommend Zeus if you do run a lightning node server.

Of the first three, which is the safest?

Safest as in you won't get rug pulled? I mean, all 3 are open source and self-custodial wallets. You hold your own keys on each of them and you, the user, are responsible for keeping your keys safe. The wallet creators of all these wallets cannot run away with your bitcoin. So, compared to custodial wallets like Wallet of Satoshi or Alby, I think all 3 are pretty safe.
If your phone were to get hacked, however, all 3 wallets could be compromised, because the keys are stored on the phone. So treat them like any other hot wallet on your phone and don't put your life's savings into them.
I guess you can try all 3 and see which UI/UX you like the best and decide for yourself? I personally like Phoenix the most out of the 3, but that's just a subjective personal preference. Frankly, I don't even use Phoenix much, because I do most of my lightning transactions through my own lightning nodes using Zeus.

I'm going to review the features of those three wallets to see which one I like best👍

You can try this:
  1. Get a pi
  2. Install umbrel
  3. Install LND
  4. Send BTC to ln wallet
  5. Open one channel to a major node
  6. Make a payment
Boom all set to go! Got LN wallet and Hot BTC wallet. Completely under your control no worry of rug but you will have other risks like power, hardware, internet uptime, Tor

A word of caution with this setup. A Raspberry Pi is not the most reliable hardware, and it is closed source (you don’t know what hardware back door it might or might not have). Also, Umbrel is not the most secure node in a package OS out there. I feel that Umbrel is in the camp of “move fast and break things” and likes to add a lot of apps onto their app store without too much scrutiny (scrutiny on the safety of these apps). As a result, be careful and be mindful of the amount of bitcoin you put on your Raspberry Pi running Umbrel. I would suggest that one should put on there the amount they are willing to lose; like how you would treat your phone hot wallet.
That said, I do run an exact same setup as you described above. It’s my secondary lightning node that I use solely for zapping, and I don’t keep too many sats on it. It has only one private channel opened to my primary lightning node where I keep most of my lightning sats.

Facts. I was trying to route using the pi and I had to stop. Closed all the channels besides Two and just using it for zapping now.
Hopefully soon I’ll restart my routing ambitions again with better hardware

Muun is horrible, stay away. Can't even send to a lightning address unless an amount is set by the receiver.
