Hi, I have almost empty lightning channels in my node because most of it was swapped out to onchain long ago. Is there any utility for those channels?

Never close a channel.
Always use it multiple times in and out.
You close channels only in very few particular cases.

That's available inbound liquidity for you now. Some people pay for that.
