If that would happen, Satoshi could easily bloat the mempool for about 20 years with transactions of 1000 sats and 24k sats fee. Imagine yourself waiting 20 years for your 5 sats/vB to be confirmed... or your channel opening tx getting confirmed (a tx that is hard to RBF up depending on the LN implementation)
Would you ignore in your node's mempool these new transactions that Satoshi made? Or better yet, would you soft-fork Satoshi stash out by rendering as invalid these new transactions?
