This statement is wrong from so many POV:
- govs don't need BTC, so no meaning to "hold" it
- govs doesn't care about BTC price appreciation in time. Remember, they can print endless fake money
- govs will not hold BTC to fuck the govs... individuals hold BTC to fuck the banks and govs (not to get rich)
So all this preoccupation of x gov holding / not holding BTC is meaningless.
I personally don't give a shit if a gov hold or not BTC.
