No matter how often you warn people there is no motivation like the real thing. Finally learning more about child pays for parent and better lightning channel management. What are you learning due to this fee environment?
I learned that a year ago when I started messing around, experimenting with lightning, opening channels here and there for 1sat/vB, is now paying good dividend. I have both decent inbound and outbound liquidity on my own lightning node for my personal purposes, and I can usually avoid going on chain.

I learned that lightning is not ready yet. I lost a couple of channels, could lose more if the onchain fees spike again.
So, I need to learn more about how to stop this from happening.

My node was down for few days during the high fees period, I fixed it later by replacing the SD card for the Pi. Luckily only one channel out of 10 is force-closed. Lessons learnt: Pi is unreliable, a proper laptop would be better.

Keep an eye out too Liquid.
