I suggest you seek help on the umbrel telegram channel. Just a shot in the dark, but log in ssh using the umbrel's ip address rather than trying umbrel@umbrel log in.

What hardware are you running your umbrel on? Regardless, you should be able to connect a HDMI cable (mini HDMI to HDMI if you’re on Raspberry Pi) and have the video output to a screen. Then you should be able to see the startup prompts after a restart and figure out what’s going on.

Im running on a raspbery pi 4 8gb with a 2tb SSD.

Try connecting the mini HDMI to HDMI cable from the Pi to the screen first, then turn on the Pi after. I have the same setup and it displays the startup prompt for me every time I connect the Pi to a screen. My screen is a regular computer monitor though, but I think that shouldn’t make a difference, even if you connect to a TV.
Another common problem with the Pi is the ssd enclosure. Some of them don’t work so well, so look online and look for a good one recommended by Umbrel. Initially, I used an old ssd enclosure sitting at home and the Pi just wouldn’t mount the drive. I then bought an Orico enclosure as recommended by Umbrel’s site, and it worked.
Also, make sure you are using a genuine Raspberry Pi power supply. The aftermarket power supplies could sometimes not supply reliable enough power and cause issues with the hard drive mounting or other issues.
All in all, Raspberry Pi is a good low cost starting point for running your own bitcoin node and lightning node; but it’s not the best hardware out there. You’re better off installing Umbrel into an old computer, which has much more reliable hardware, and run your nodes from there. Especially if you ever start to put a decent amount of coin into your lightning node, you wouldn’t want it running on a Raspberry Pi.

I have an official rapsbery pi 4 power supply and i purchased an argon one SSD rasberry pi case that doubles as an eclosure.

I didn't know you weren't a fan of umbrel.
May I ask what your dislikes are?

I was writing guides and give support to many Umbrel users.
See my history on Umbrel forum

I had hope that Umbrel will be that bundle easy to use for noobs.
But after the version 0.5 Umbrel fucked up all the structure and became a pain in the ass. Plus they added a lot of bullshit apps.
My vision of a node machine is not to be a christmas tree but a simple strong and reliable machine. Umbrel is not.
I was running nodes from 2018 many different ones, learning. People today have no idea what should be a node.

Maybe memory card is broken. Every 6 months or year, umbrel OS replaced with new memory card

Have you tried turning it on and off again :).
Ok, now really, could it be that it ran out of memory and is crashing?

If it's a raspberry pi, just reflash the sd card.
