a few ideas off the top of my head…
- public washrooms in cities
- parking in cities billed by the minute (the fiat versions of this idea aren’t very good, typically requiring you to either load a parking “wallet” with $25 or incur a $3 minimum fee)
- professional photos at tourist attractions
- expensive SaaS tools (that would otherwise be $50+/month)
