Is it true that all cloud mining platforms are Scam or are there exceptions? What can you tell me about it?

It depends what you mean by cloud mining.
Basically if you can see your your workers in a mining pool account of your choice, not owned by the cloud mining company, then you are basically just renting mining equipment. In that case it's legit.
But if everything happens on their own platform then it's 100% a ponzi waiting to collapse.

Yes, I was referring to online "investment" platforms. While browsing by the Internet, many of these things appear.
