Unscheduled Orange-pilling.

My friend knew nothing about bitcoin except that it was a "cryptocurrency" that was worth almost $70,000 not too long ago. He and I met just for fun, to talk about different topics. And after a while we started talking about mobile operators and during our conversation I accidentally mentioned bitcoin, telling him that I don't remember the last time I topped up my phone number with a bank card. He was very surprised, what are the alternatives?

I did not hesitate long and told him that he could do it himself literally right now using bitcoin. I asked him to install WoS, sent him a few sats and using Bitrefill he topped up his phone in just a couple of minutes.

You should have seen the look on his face))) There is still so much people don't know, what a wondrous new world lies behind what they avoid or are afraid to find out. Orange-pilling was lucky, because after that he flooded me with questions and requests to send him links to useful materials.

Alas, it does not always work, but it was worth a try. And the main thing is to demonstrate to newbies in practice the possibilities given by Bitcoin, its advantages, but not to fill them with a bunch of theories, which may scare them away in the beginning.
