No doubt you can do this technically and it would be useful and well used but unless your business entity is outside the US and you're willing to restrict US users I see this as problematic.
The nostr form I think has a much better chance of avoiding the same scrutiny.

Have you thought about coordinated markets via nostr? Like hummingbots liquidity miners but strictly for Bitcoin.

Seems like a legal nightmare.
Finding a reliable oracle is difficult and having SN take the job, even if technically feasible, seems like a high risk, low gain activity. A very easy way to lose the community's trust.
Also, seems like a great way to implement a derivatives market which brings us back to the legal nightmare.
