Yeah, we were thinking the sub community would have to raise 10,000 sats or something a month to keep it going.
Does this mean all subs collectively, or each sub would need 10,000 sats moving through it monthly or risk getting shut down?
Each sub, but:
- it might be lower when we launch it
- this doesn't have to come from 1 user but as many that want to contribute to it.
- the contributors to the sub will get paid for running a successful sub ... and make all contributed sats back and then some
I love that idea, since you are paying back users feels really weird, in a good gay. And paying to the admin of sub seems interesting.

I see all the positives, and I'm on board. I just got a little freaked out at getting 10,000 for a sub right at launch. Maybe you could have a baked-in grace period of a month or two? (Point number one sounds like you've already thought of this)
Anyway, probably not a big deal, no matter what you choose. If a Stacker really believes in their sub then 10k is kind of nothing to invest.

lt would help to pay for servers, remember that there are no ads and no surveillance.

Interesting question, it would make sense to do it to prevent spam at least. Would love to see @k00b's take on this.
