Simplex is the only messaging service (bar xmpp, matrix, irc) that is:
  • open source
  • compilable
  • can run on your own server
  • easy to use
  • secure
  • private
  • includes audio/video calls
  • had a security audit
Most importantly, it does not require a mobile number!

Are you serious? Telegram by default does not have E2EE messages, collects a lot of metadata and requires a phone number to register.
Nostr in its current form is not good for communication, because it also stores a lot of metadata (namely, who, with whom, and when communicated). Does not support calls (audio, video)
SN is for news, not personal communication.

Yes, I personally don't give a shit if an FBI agent is reading my messages. Like that maybe he will reconsider his shity work. I am not a criminal, drug dealer or terrorist. We all know that those are mostly FBI agents not normal people.
Is not about "I have nothing to hide", of course I have a private life and public life. But I make a very important distinction between those 2. DarthCoin is not the same on private life. DarthCoin exist only online. My private life remain private and separate of the online one. Thing that many still don't know how to make that difference.
If one of my online accounts get compromised, I don't give a shit, is not related to my real private life, that is the most important. And nobody can come to me, in private and say that my private identity is related to DarthCoin, because that will be a lie and will be rejected instantly.
Did you online account was banned? That means:
  • you really have strong enemies, that report your account just for fun
  • you really pissed off somebody
  • you did something wrong
Jumping around from one platform to another is NOT the solution.

I disagree. linking a real person with a virtual one is not that difficult, especially if a person often makes mistakes. And a person makes them by virtue of their nature.
By analyzing your posts, you can find information about real life, for example children, when you were responding to one of my posts. Also, I don't think there are many people who are "living by the bitcoin standard as of 2018." And that's just the first thing that came to mind that lies on the surface. That already reduces your anonymity considerably. Those who need to can figure out your real identity pretty easily.
Privacy is important. It's very important. That's why you can't ignore it. And that's exactly what this is about, "I have nothing to hide." That's exactly what it's about. I'm a little surprised by your response, knowing how much you hate the state. Neither the government, nor private companies like Telegram should stick their noses into private correspondence. It's an axiom. Private communication should remain private.

Yes, but all that is like a story that can be denied anytime. What certainty you have that all those are REAL or linked to a real living man? NONE. I don't give a shit if you find somebody in real life to fit that description.
I think you still do not understand my position here. Please read carefully what I said. "nothing to hide" is about for strictly ONLINE identity, but not for the the real living identity. Are two fucking different things that you still try to put them together. And I don't. What am I doing online is NOT related to my real life. Can I spill some tidbits about what am I doing? Of course, if I do not give too much details to compromise the real identity.
Hating the states and govs it doesn't mean I have to hide from them like a scared shit rabbit. I AM THE LION that confront them on all aspects of life, bbecause I am a sovereign individual, not a citizen that must obey their rules. Only shitizens are scared and hiding. Lions don't.

Then don't stay online. There's no such thing as privacy online. That's why you should keep your online identity totally separate from the real one.

Yes agree, so when you are in a private capacity, just talk face to face with your known peers. ONLINE capacity do not have any privacy. You have much to learn these things...

Instead of playing this endless game of hide & seek people should concentrate in how to make the states OBSOLETE, so nobody will look into your shit anymore... But yeah, the same states are feeding your ego with crap bullshit scaremongering to make you go into hiding and built tech to give you the impression of more "privacy", so you are not concentrated into how to make OBSOLETE the perpetrator.
YOU ARE LOOKING INTO THE WRONG DIRECTION. The solution is not to use techniques to hide your online traces, but to destroy totally those perpetrators. How? Destroy the states, by not using their most powerful weapon: fiat money. Be a sovereign individual in all aspects. Not a dumb citizen.

I have read your guides. They are really good, but in many other things that are not related to the guides, I don't agree with you. And that doesn't mean I have much to learn. I may just have a different opinion from yours. That's okay.

You forget that most people have no idea about alternatives to fiat money. They are fine with everything. This is the world we live in where only a small percentage of people try to oppose or "destroy" the government by refusing fiat.
And as long as these people are in the majority, there is nothing wrong with using tools that help cover their tracks with the government. The road to freedom from control and interference will be a long one and it is not certain that we will ever achieve victory. It all depends on the majority. It takes a lot of proof work to get the rest of the people to wake up.
