You still don't understand it. You step out of ANY jurisdiction, you are not going from one to another.... You are your OWN state, with the borders delimited to your own body.

Permanent population. (you) II. Determined territory. (your body) III. Government. (you are your own gov) IV. Ability to enter into relations with other States. (sure, anytime, you are peaceful ambassador wherever you are)
