The more history I learn about NYT the more convinced I am that it should be more shocking how much credence that institution is given vs the "problem" of fake news. The benefit of fake news is that it is slowly teaching society to question what they read. We should question everything we read/watch. It is far more dangerous to have blind trust in institutions like the state or NYT than it is to get tricked by a singular fake news story from time to time.

But you know what... my opinion doesn't matter. I don't need to express my opinion on the latest fake news story. What matters is my actions. Proof of work as an idea is not new but it is interesting how bitcoin has given me a different perspective on many things in the context of words/thoughts vs. action. Action is always better. Skin in the game always trumps words.
