Apple can censor webapps on iOS as easily as they censor native apps
Just have the operating system detect what webapp you are using and display an error if it's on a blacklist
If that's the case then why would a person who values Freedom and Bitcoin even use an Apple Product? Ditch that shit asap.

Technical matters aside I think that a DNS or a content filtering blacklist is quite harder to apply because touch an environment, the web, that is globally perceived as "open", so it would raise a lot of censorship concerns.
