The Bitcoin community always saying this and Im starting to feel like it’s go long get along thing to say to be down with all the bitcoin maxis. While I do think his punishment is cruel and unusual how many people actually studied the case notes to see why the feds threw the book at him? Plus! I don’t see bitcoiners using their own corn to round up a legal team and see where the law went wrong. While Silk Road was cool it didn’t really move humanity further. I may be way off base with this but I think if he was humble and showed some remorse he be free now.
Ross's plight is gaining visibility!

Yes I agree with this but I want more to be done!!!

Which notes? The case notes written by the DEA agents who have since been sentenced for extortion and theft?
Or how about the case notes written by the prosectutor (who is now a crypto magnate), whose job assignment was not "prove the state's case" but to "take down bitcoin"?
Eat shit. That case was handled terribly -- corruption by the State was rife, and Ross should today be free.

Then donate to his fund and hire some lawyers and get to work!!

Whether or not you think he is innocent, his sentencing for nonviolent crimes is pretty extreme. Compare Ross' 2 life + 40 yrs to El Chapo's 1 life + 30.

This I agree with! It was cruel and unusual

There is enough doubt as to his innocence that its questionable whether its right to see him go free. If you're giving credibility to his mother in regard to his character, then you must think very highly of yourself, are very handsome, are well endowed and have extraordinarily exceptional mental abilities.
