Seems like the primary use case would be a mobile lightning wallet. The design however could be extended to other use cases like a browser extension; it appears to be designed to be a minimal lightning node, e.g. how do you non-custodially send and receive lightning payments without all the overhead of channel management, routing, blockchain syncing, etc.
