I know it's for safety of the players, but the lack of kickoff returns in the NFL and NCAAF due to rule changes has really left me missing the excitement of kickoffs. I'm not sure what rule would need to change - where the kick is from, move the default starting position back to the 10 or 15 instead of 20 (or is it 25 now?), something to make kickoff returns a thing again.
