You can buy a dish from Nigeria or Kenya or Mozambique I think even, (they won't ship to ZA but you can re-ship to ZA), but you provide a billing address in one of those countries.
Then use the mobile/roam service. That lets you use the dish anywhere on the continent. (At least I think that is how it works)
