Can you ELI5 what is special about this fee estimator?
It seems to be this
$1 Fee Estimator requires very few data to perform well and is only about 100 lines of code, making it easy to deploy or to implement in all programming languages.

Okay so its like a minimalist implementation of fee estimation. I didn't realize that complexity was an issue for fee estimators.
