Stick with it. Anything is better than nothing and it the effects compounds. Even if it does feel like a lost cause at the time - it’s a low time preference activity in BTC terms.

I assume you're already on carbs i recommend addinng in cardio with a staircase machine. You can do the same there in 20 minutes as what you would do on a treadmill in 2 hours
