How do you like your steak?
I'm between medium and medium rare, but I always enjoy the outside very crispy.
I think your description sounds perfect. What cut of steak? I usually opt for ribeye

I like to try different ones.
Specially when visiting other countries, because the cows are cut in different ways in different countries, so you end up with different cuts.

I’m a rare or medium rare. Crust is a must but you can still get one if the grill/pan is hot enough
