You could checkout Voltage (https://voltage.cloud). Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for but would help with management and make it easy to create N number of Lightning Nodes.
I'm familiar (voltage is great), but I want them to run locally (latency and tinkering) and be free of cost to run other than the initial hardware/bandwidth/electricity investment.
