I haven't listened yet but I am definitely interested in this one.
Ian is awesome. I had an hour long call with him regarding his biz about a month and a half ago because of Stacker News. Someone had responded to a post of mine from 6 months about about Bitcoin loyalty rewards being one of the Bitcoin businesses I would be most interested in and told me about Joltz.
I am really bullish on this business. I think when they have a point of sale integration for brick and mortar ready I might be able to send some business their way.
That is fantastic. I listened to it yesterday. Good episode though I'm not in a position to implement anything. You should keep everyone posted with a writeup.

I sold my business a year a half ago and I have thought about starting something new a few times since then but knew I wasn't ready because the itch wasn't greater than the dread of how much work it will be to get it off the ground.
But seeing what some of these guys are doing in the space has me pretty pumped up about starting something and integrating Bitcoin. Even if it is something as simple as a home services biz in my local community that offers discounts for paying in Bitcoin.
I have thought about doing something like that and detailing the journey on SN.

Well, you're going to be busy managing the sub soon, so you'll have your hands full.

That will be a fun project regardless if I am working on something else or not. I am looking forward to it.

It's amazing to and invigorating to talk to guys like Ian. It felt like he and both saw the same light in the night sky and said holy shit Bitcoin is going to be integrated into everything and he went out and started building something instead of just talking shit about it like me. Haha.
This is where the "crypto" people get it wrong. The world doesn't want everything rebuilt on a blockchain. The world wants the features of bitcoin, the bitcoin network, and lightning network integrated into everything that already exists. 99.9% of people just don't know it yet.
