The last time I tried snort I couldn't get rid of the default relays. The big issue I have with clients is they include default relays, and global feeds, whereas I want to pick the relays myself. I haven't tried amethyst yet. Have you? Once you log in does it automatically take you to a global feed? Because that's exactly what I don't want.
Its tough, there are many really good podcasts. I have to say right now my favorite is Citadel Dispatch. There are many others that are really good. It depends on your goals I guess.
Bitcoin.Review w/ NVK and friends is really good at keeping a sense at what's going on from a building standpoint, with really good context and other stuff thrown in. I find it helpful to anchor to concrete stuff, vs endless culture-warring.
Linux Unplugged as well. It's not a "bitcoin" podcast, but they're very friendly to lightning. About 20 minutes of each episode is dedicated to reading people's boosts and responding to questions. Love that sort of audience interaction in a podcast!

Why? There is no client or relay that appeals to me yet. It may be a while since the majority of the Nostr ecosystem seems captured by VCs and greed.

The Bitcoin Lobby, Thank God for Nostr, Nostr Talks, Nostrovia (though it kind of fell off the cliff), to name a few

The "What is money?" Show with Robert Breedlove. Although it's not just about bitcoin, I can't recommend it enough. I feel like I found a gem!
