You see, what @Semisol 👨‍💻 disingenuously calls "shadowbanning" is simply an inability to show up on Primal's trending list. That's all. Visibility of these users is not restricted in any other way. @Semisol 👨‍💻 knows this, and his use of this framing indicates that he is not engaging in good faith.
I totally agree with your point that it should be easy to check which npubs are filtered, and be able to override that. We are building those tools as we speak.
more context:
He posted a note saying "Look I can trend on Primal at will", then created a bot that reposted, liked, and zapped that note 200k times with different keypairs. Seems kinda spammy, don't you think?
All we did was put him on the "can't trend" list, which is publicly available in our repo. 🤷‍♂️
