Real estate idea: Condos where the primary luxury provided is time.
  • laundry service
  • maid service
  • interior designer works with you to personalize rented furnishings
  • kitchen/grocery service
  • gym with on-a-whim personal trainer sessions
Everything including utilities on one bill. I'd bet people would pay 2.5x comparable rent.
There are luxury buildings that offer these types of concierge services. I used to service a building that offered services like this. I don't know about 2.5x the rent. If comparable rent for say a luxury condo building is 4k a month, do you really think people will pay 10k just to get all these amenities?

I don't "really think" anything lol.
I was thinking about luxury in a non-traditional sense. I think this might be desirable even in a basic apartment complex sans floor to ceiling marble and windows.
You can make arrangements for these kinds of things anywhere you live for like 3-5k/mo. I'd guess doing it all in one building would provide some economy of scale so maybe it wouldn't be that expensive.
I think there are people who would pay. There might not be many of them though.

I think it is plausible. Would make most sense in a community of buildings. Then your vendors get enough business to make it worthwhile and can charge a bit less.
I serviced a lot of residential buildings when I owned my business. 2 buildings side by side were always better than one and another one a 20 min drive away.

I saw that. Maybe you posted it here?
Cruises have always felt like a wacky indulgence to me, but similar vibe in a vacation context. Everything but the stuff you want to do is done for you.

You don’t have to be well off to value your time imho. You just have to value your time more than being well/better off.

That’s been a thing for quite a while. See the world, avoid the poor and no rising sea levels. Drinks on me!
