You won't believe it but I still have my little apartment in Germany of 49 square meters (no TV). In spain me and my wife (kids out) are living in a nice but small apartment apartment of 95 m2 (no TV). All rented. We are both saving more in BTC that way. When I am on Crete I always rent a 40 m2 apartment by the sea. The south is crazy cheap. It's 300 euro/ month. And still no TV. I can't stand it....
