Maybe you need to have tipped/stacked some threshold of sats before you can give stickers

There's stuff we can do for sure

but if it doesn't cost work, money, or reputation it will be abused.

Maybe the sticker "fades" and falls off after a while. Then at least you can convert sock puppets into monthly active users lol

I like this, also bad reputations can "fade away" too with good behaviour
