I'm pretty hooked on Bitcoin and want to catch up on what's new and hot. Mainly on what's going on in the tech side of Bitcoin? What are the improvements in Bitcoin being discussed, and what's going on with side projects like Lightning, Stacks, ...
Also, if I want to dig deeper into the tech side, what podcasts and projects do you recommend?

The bitcoin ops newsletter is good to stay up to date on bitcoin tech imo
Bitcoin Core PR Review Club for the more nitty gritty details.
You could also check where the most discussion is in the bitcoin core github repository or just read SN :)
There is also Stacker News Live where @k00b and @Car go through the best posts of the week every Friday
Regarding podcasts for the tech side, I feel like the Kevin Rooke Podcast from @kr covers a lot of areas with good details thanks to the interesting guests.
The other only bitcoin podcasts that I listen to are What Bitcoin Did from Peter McCormack and What is Money? from Robert Breedlove which I would describe as less about specific tech stuff.
