A mute is like if you don't allow me in your home. Other people can still let me in their home even if you don't, even if you mute me.

Muting is when I enter into your house and you said at the entrance: "you are muted, because is my house and I am making the rules in my house". That is your right and should be respected.
But if you have an open discussion in a public place and also each speaker PAID for each talk, then you cannot "mute" that speaker. First is not in your "house" and second he already paid to talk.

The fact that posting content costs money, is enough to avoid any blocking or muting.
What's going to happen if someone is being an ass and starts porting shit? He/she spends all the money, the content doesn't get rewarded and gets buried down against the good content.
I really don't see the point of blocking when you have the payment to do that automatically for everyone.
