I'd rather live without any, than to be a victim of their discriminatory and corrupt nature. That's why the underserved communities in Africa are opting for decentralized systems such as Bitcoin and Nostr.

Yep correct, they are already out off the system so it's easier to adopt these new technologies.
But what about us, poor citizens, that we are victims without knowing it? What about tips to help people get out of this forced trust-chain?

I'm from one of the poorest countries in Africa, my advice is from the deepest part of my heart.
These kind of systems are good only to those in control. The rest of the citizens are victims. Censorship, surveillance, regulation, and everything, are only for manipulation, control and all kinds of evil intentions to victimize the poor citizens.
I think it's high time we embraced the decentralized technologies.
