Pushing Bitcoin using influencers is not gonna work. Is useless. Nobody will do any kind of effort to learn, will just listen to that influencer and do nothing.
Bitcoin adoption will happen ONLY when each individual will start by himself reading, testing and learning.
Stop using influencers as "pushers", it will get really bad because many of these have no clue about how Bitcoin works and even don't know what really is Bitcoin.
If you are a bitcoiner that already learned some good base, YOU are the one that should start teaching around you, your friends and family etc, people that knows you and also trust you.
But be well prepared to answer well all their questions. Just because you know how to receive and send some sats it doesn't mean you know enough about Bitcoin. So prepare yourself to be a good teacher, not just another influencer.
I know what you're saying. But also the mere mention and idea of anyone might be the spark that starts someone's learning.
The comment wasn't about influencers at all.
I was saying I saw the Miss Universe lady speaking to kids in a school about Bitcoin. And it made me think what my country's Miss Universe lady was up to.
Then it prompted thoughts on which industry or group of people are MORE likely to accept and help adoption? In general.
Trades and construction workers I find, are pretty in tune with the economy and whats happening with national monetary policy. Thats what was getting at. I think housing contractors might be keen to be ahead of the adoption curve.
